Erin has the best treats! I ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday party (kids in his class have peanut and treenut allergies), all of the kids got to enjoy the cupcakes and loved them! The cupcakes are so professional looking and delicious! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I have ordered a few cakes now from Erin, and must say she is a true master of her craft. The first cake I ordered from Erin was for my son’s baptism party. My niece and nephew have nut allergies, and getting a cake anywhere poses some pretty serious risks. I talked with Erin, who let me know she specializes in desserts that are nut free, as her child also suffers from a nut allergy. The cake was a beautiful 2 –story cannoli cake with strawberry fill, and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. Several people at the party raved about it that night, asked to take more home with them, and even mentioned it again the next time I saw them. There wasn’t a single person who didn’t love the cake, even some family members stated that they normally aren’t a fan of cannoli cake, but they loved this cake. My father in law, who I never eats dessert, had 2 slices the night of the party.
The cake was such a hit, that my sister in law (the mother of the 2 children with nut allergies) asked if I could order a couple birthday cakes for her son who was having a family party and a friend party. Erin came through again, making beautiful superhero themed cakes. A couple parents at the “friend” party also commented how great the cake was and were glad that she could make such delicious desserts that are also nut-free, as usually her child has to pass on the cake part of the party. It was pretty great that all the kids at the party, especially the birthday boy, could enjoy the cake and feel included…as what is a birthday without a cake?
I have known Erin for a little more than 5 years, and consider her a friend, but I promise you that I am in no part bias, and I am being 100% honest in my review. Over the years Erin has brought various cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts into the office, and they are always amazing. She makes everything from scratch, and with such attention to detail, and true mastery of the craft. She really enjoys what she does, and it comes through in everything she bakes.
There are a ton of options out there when it comes to buying a cake, but I promise you, that if you order from Erin (Evil Toad Confections), you will not be disappointed.
